Our Story
Hello! Welcome to Oven and Oat. Here is a little bit about us.
Our names are Brooke and Stacey. We are two best friends on a mission to help people enjoy the nostalgia of popular bakery items, just gluten-free! We are both elementary school teachers by day, bakers by night.
I grew up in North Ogden, Utah. I have always loved baking. I used to bake beautiful bread and pastry items, back when I could have gluten. A few years back, I started getting horrible migraines. I eventually found out that I was gluten intolerant. Ever since then, I have been trying to become just as good a baker as I used to be, this time with gluten-free baking. I am committed to helping you enjoy foods you used to love.

I grew up in Olympia, Washington, and love the Pacific Northwest. I was diagnosed with celiac disease back in 2018. I have craved so many “glutenous” things since being diagnosed. I missed good food for a long time. Stacey and I have finally found the missing ingredient to our lives, and we would love to share the goodness with you!
